Shipping - UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.

- Standard Delivery (2–5 working days)

- Express Delivery (1–2 working days) (where available)

Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday–Friday) are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends or bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatche

d, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Shipping -  International Delivery

We proudly ship to selected countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country

Returns

We hope you love every piece you receive. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unworn and unwashed

- In their original condition

- Returned with all tags attached and original packaging

- Free from marks, odours or damage

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that have been worn or do not meet the above conditions.

Please note that this returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. 

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is simple:

1. Email us at returns@bravepathclothing.com with your order number.

2. We'll send you our return instructions.

3. Return your item using a tracked postal service.

Unless your item is faulty or we have made an error with your order, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or we have sent the incorrect product. 

Exchanges

To help you receive your preferred size or colour as quickly as possible, we do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different size or colour, simply return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we're very sorry.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bravepathclothing.com, including your order number and photos where possible. We'll resolve the issue promptly by arranging a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate
