When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship throughout the UK and to selected international destinations. Shipping options and delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Can I track my order?

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs charges, taxes or import duties imposed by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
